One document
One order, from draft to received
Not a purchase order that closes, then a transfer that receives. The same document, however many deliveries it takes.
Draft
Build the order
Pick a supplier and a destination, then add products with Shopify’s own picker or by scanning a barcode. The unit cost comes in prefilled.
Ordered
Shopify shows it coming
The units appear as incoming at that location, tagged to this order in its inventory history. Lines stay editable until the first receipt lands.
Received
Count what turned up
Accept and reject per line, over as many deliveries as it takes, and close short when the rest is never coming. Accepted units become stock.

The reordering half, in the order it is being built
Migration comes first, because nothing else matters if your suppliers and levels cannot get across. No dates on any of it. A date on an unbuilt feature is a promise, and you have just been on the receiving end of one.

Supplier catalog sits above min and max on purpose. Lead time and minimum order quantity are what a reorder point is calculated from, so it has to land first. Everything marked Next is included in the plan below. Forecasting and alerts will be a higher tier for merchants who join after they ship. If one of these is the thing you actually need, reply to the launch email and say which — it changes the order.

The six questions people actually ask
Can I install it today?
No. It went to Shopify App Review on 23 August 2026, approval is expected early September, and that is why there is no install button anywhere on this page.
Is there a free plan, and when am I charged?
There is no free plan. There is a 14 day free trial, and nothing is charged while it runs. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. After that it is $19.99 a month on the Shopify invoice you already get, billed by Shopify rather than by us, and you can cancel from your Shopify admin at any time.
What happens to my Stocky data?
Suppliers and stock levels come across by CSV, which is the first item on the roadmap. Past purchase orders are not imported, now or later.
What does it change in my inventory?
Four permissions and one write. Ordering marks units incoming at the destination, receiving moves accepted ones to available, and both are tagged to the order in your inventory history. No customer data at all.
Can I receive on a phone at the door?
Yes, with the camera inside the Shopify Mobile and POS apps, or a hardware scanner on any device. It cannot work in the browser admin, because the admin does not grant apps camera access.
How many locations per order?
One destination per purchase order in this version. Location to location transfers are the second item on the roadmap.
